Long Term Disability Income Insurance
Disability income benefits which are payable if you can’t perform your specialty of practice in medicine or dentistry due to a covered injury or sickness.
To be eligible, applicants must be under age 60, work at least 30 hours a week and live in the United States.
Higher benefit limits! You can collect monthly benefits of up to $10,000 a month based on your income.
Specially designed coverage! Disability Income Plans include “own occupation” protection.
 Flexible coverage! You can choose a benefit plan, which pays monthly benefits to age 65, or select our 5-year benefit payment plan.
You can also select a waiting period of 90, 180, or 365 days based on your budget and protection needs.
Pay no premiums while you are disabled! Your premium payments will be waived for as long as your benefits are payable after you have been totally disabled for six months.
A lump-sum survivor benefit of up to $30,000 is included in your plan. |
